Job Summary

Sparkle has an opportunity for an intern to join the Customer Experience Team.  Our objectives are to proactively reach out to our customers, deliver the best experience to sparklers, identify pain points and create a strategy to completely remove those pain points.  Our CX intern will work on tailored projects and a broad range of deliverables  within the Customer Experience Team.


What you get to do everyday

  • Answer questions or discuss concerns with customers via email, or through online chat
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries using Freshdesk tool
  • Thoroughly explain and sell Sparkle products and services to benefit the customer
  • Keep accurate records of each customer interaction
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support customer experience improvement.
  • Respond to comments on social media handles and DMs
  • Take weekend shifts to handle customers’ concerns.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
  • Ability to answer high-volume tickets/or emails daily
  • Must be creative and can make recommendations based on research and knowledge.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem resolution skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge/interest in customer or marketing data analysis, reporting, metrics, and CRM tools
  • Interest in customer satisfaction drivers
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
