Job Location – Lekki, Lagos

Job Type – Contract Full-time

Job Requirements:

*Bachelors Degree in any Field of study, a plus in English, literature and Mass Communication
*Previous Experience in Customer Service, Collections or related field.
*Ability to speak really fluently/Great Diction
*Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) and active listening skills
*Strong Organisational and time management skills

Job Description:

At MIM Finance, you will be responsible to providing excellent customer service while managing and resolving customer inquiries.
You will play a critical role in delivering exception at customer service and ensuring the safety of our client customers all based in the UK.
