Customer Service Representative at FMR Agency, Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers in person, online, or over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (retail and wholesale)
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid product knowledge and persuasive techniques
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to the manager, and based on customer insights
  • Manage inventory, process orders, and follow up on payments when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the clothing industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
