Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they have.

Location: Parkview estate, ikoyi, Lagos state.
Work mode: Onsite and base on shifts

Salary: 80k

Requirement:

• BSC in business admin or any other related studies
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience as a customer service representative role
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication, written and people skills.
• Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability with analytical skill.
• Customer oriented and professional attitude.
• Proximity to location is key
