ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for a Digital Analyst I who will be in charge of implementing, configuring, monitoring, and analyzing web analytics data for our clients’ websites using various Web Analytics Platforms.
In this role you will work within a team to define and implement digital measurement strategies, implement tracking, perform testing, dig into data, and develop reports and dashboards; all in an effort to improve website traffic leads, UX/UI, and conversions.
In addition, the Digital Analyst I is responsible for many requests from both internal teams and clients.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Google Analytics for clients, ensuring accurate tracking
- Monitor and maintain tracking health of analytics data, ensuring the quality of downstream reporting
- Develop reports providing clients with insights on website/product/service performance
- Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Serve as the liaison to our Production and Client-Facing teams, fostering effective communication and cross-collaboration
- Identify processes where efficiencies can be introduced or improved
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
ABOUT YOU:
- Knowledge of Web Analytics and Tag Manager Tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with Visualization Tools (Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or equivalent)
- Experience analyzing digital media results
- Familiarity with a broad set of topics and subject areas within marketing analytics (e.g. campaign attribution/effectiveness, web tracking, customer lifecycle marketing)
- Analytical thinker, with a knack for troubleshooting and solving problems
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google sheets
- Eagerness to continue learning with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with heat mapping tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity
- Prior experience in an agency setting.
