We are an innovative and fast-growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) located in Lekki, Lagos. We are seeking a talented Brand Digital Creative. The candidate will work in the Brand and Marketing Communications team to develop compelling visuals and graphics that effectively communicate our products and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities

The responsibility of a Brand Digital Creative is to develop and execute creative strategies and visual content that effectively communicate and enhance a brand’s digital presence. They work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across various digital channels and platforms. Some specific responsibilities of a Brand Digital Creative may include:

– Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly website designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.

– Design and develop graphics, illustrations, banners, and other visual elements for our website and online marketing campaigns.

– Optimize website graphics and assets for fast loading times and seamless user experience.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our websites are visually appealing and competitive.

– Collaborate with web developers to implement and maintain website designs, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and browsers.

– Conduct regular website updates and content management tasks, including adding new pages, updating existing content, and managing multimedia assets.

– Perform quality assurance checks to ensure websites are error-free, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility.

– Contribute to the development of our brand identity through the creation of visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.

1. Creative Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop a creative strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives and target audience. This involves understanding the brand’s identity, values, and positioning to create visually appealing and impactful digital experiences.

2. Visual Content Creation: Designing and producing digital assets such as graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, and other visual elements for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, online ads, and other digital marketing materials. This includes creating engaging visuals that capture the essence of the brand and resonate with the target audience.

3. Brand Guidelines: Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency in the visual representation of the brand across all digital touchpoints. This involves developing and implementing style guides, templates, and other design assets that reflect the brand’s identity and maintain a cohesive digital presence.

4. User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborating with UX designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. This includes designing user interfaces (UI) that facilitate seamless navigation, optimize user interactions, and enhance overall user satisfaction.

5. Digital Campaigns: Participating in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, providing creative input, and designing assets that effectively communicate campaign messages and drive engagement. This may involve creating landing pages, social media visuals, banner ads, and other campaign-specific assets.

6. Performance Analysis: Monitoring the performance of digital creative assets and campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. This includes conducting A/B testing, tracking user engagement, and optimizing designs based on audience response and market trends.

7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of digital creative projects. Effective communication and teamwork skills are crucial for aligning efforts, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

– Proven experience as a Website Designer and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.

– Proficiency in Coral Draw and other graphic design tools.

– In-depth knowledge of website design principles, including responsive design, user experience, and accessibility.

– Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the ability to collaborate effectively with web developers.

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within given timelines.

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

– Knowledge of SEO best practices and an understanding of how design impacts website performance and search engine visibility.
