ROLE

Responsible for the ongoing development and day-to-day running and overall management of all clients’ digital platforms, ensuring the success of brands’ business and communication objectives.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • To lead and manage end-to-end client digital channels across Digital Marketing Strategy, Creative, Content, Technology, Media, and Conversion offered by the agency.

  • Work with different departments related to the above services and ensure t quality work and on time.
  • Create Digital Marketing Execution Plans, including planning the resources.
  • Create project delivery plan including websites, social media deliverables, SEO, email, and paid media.
  • Work on customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to identify new trends, insights, and emerging technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Evaluate competitors’ digital marketing strategies and activities and create plans to overtake them.
  • Create digital marketing reports while working with different stakeholders on a day-to-day, week-to-week, or month-on-month basis and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and plan the forecasting.
  • Identify and pitch new services to existing clients.
  • Lead client kick-off meetings and transitions of work and do onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage client expectations end to end and deliver all the required KPIs with the help of the team.
  • Hold regular calls with clients to finalize monthly deliverables & review work completed.
  • Lead monthly meetings and briefing meetings with clients.
  • maintain timesheet, task sheet, project management, using XL or online platforms-slacks, etc.
  • Create MOM after meetings and calls and plan tasks related to it.
  • Present the report to the management and manage expectations with reporting and analytics and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, and design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis.

STRATEGY RELATED

  • To build digital marketing and content strategies along with campaign-specific strategies for clients.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and work on overall digital strategy along with content strategy and performance-led strategies (lead generation, app downloads, online sales, store walk-ins, admissions, appointments, etc) and work with different stakeholders to bring the best creative output and meet all the objectives across different digital mediums. (B2C/B2B)
  • Create email marketing strategies, content, and detailed publishing plans for segmented email marketing as well as email marketing drip campaigns.
  • Create an influencer strategy and managed Influencers’ content and others to bring desired objectives
  • working hand in hand with the creative team to create strategy pitches that win new business and retain existing business.

LOCATION

We are looking for candidates from Lagos, Nigeria with at least two years of experience in managing clients in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years of agency experience in fields related to social media management is a definite plus.
  • Fundamental & Strong knowledge of digital marketing. This is non-negotiable!
  • Super strong presentation, writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Super strong research skills.
  • Creative thinker, and self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
