Zichiteff is a Real Estate Company which help individuals and corporations create wealth via diverse real Estate Investments. We specialize in residential sales, property development and Property / Land Sourcing for individuals and corporate Investors.

We are looking to hire a part-time result-driven online marketing staff to join our team and work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan and execute all digital marketing, (including sales funnel), email and social media
• Conduct social media audit to ensure the effective application of best practices.
• Plan, set-up and run targeted online / social media Ads and manage mailing lists
• Prepare emails and send out to mailing list.
• Effectively manage social media pages and ensure that quality contents are posted at agreed dates and time.
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan and develop a marketing strategy
• Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to effective social media campaign
• Analyze and monitor online marketing metric to track success against planned goals (ROI and KPI)
• Build and maintain strong brand message.

Qualifications:

• 2 year of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Must be very competent creating / setting up Ad Campaign on Facebook / Instagram
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Great attention to detail
• Full understanding of all social media platforms
