Zichiteff is a Real Estate Company which help individuals and corporations create wealth via diverse real Estate Investments. We specialize in residential sales, property development and Property / Land Sourcing for individuals and corporate Investors.
We are looking to hire a part-time result-driven online marketing staff to join our team and work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and execute all digital marketing, (including sales funnel), email and social media
- Conduct social media audit to ensure the effective application of best practices.
- Plan, set-up and run targeted online / social media Ads and manage mailing lists
- Prepare emails and send out to mailing list.
- Effectively manage social media pages and ensure that quality contents are posted at agreed dates and time.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan and develop a marketing strategy
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to effective social media campaign
- Analyze and monitor online marketing metric to track success against planned goals (ROI and KPI)
- Build and maintain strong brand message.
Qualifications:
- 2 year of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Must be very competent creating / setting up Ad Campaign on Facebook / Instagram
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Great attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
