Equipment Lease Executive

A company in the commercial automotive Industry that is interested in starting a vendor leasing desk, seeks to attract highly experienced, diligent, and knowledgeable individuals.

LOCATION: Shagamu, Ogun State

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop equipment leasing departmental operational policies and procedures

· Develop market strategy

· Develop finance Strategy

· Understanding of the current leasing laws and regulations

· Develop risk management strategy

· Oversee administrative manpower of the leasing desk

· Preparing leasing documents for potential leasee using ELAN standards and regulations

· Perform any related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• First degree in any discipline from a reputable Tertiary institution
• A member or Associate of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) is an added advantage
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of leasing experience.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and Excel
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of the company
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
