Job Title: Executive Sales Representative

LEADWAY Holdings is a leading Non-Banking Financial Services provider in Nigeria, offering a range of services including Insurance, Pension Funds Administration, Health Management, Asset Management, and Wills and Trusts Management. The company caters to both Individuals and Corporate clients across various industries. LEADWAY has a reputation for customer-centricity, operational excellence, and outstanding business performance.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Sales Representative at Leadway. The role is located in Lagos but allows for some work from home. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, prospecting, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
