Job Title: Graduate Trainee
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our Finance Department. This role offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate must have a background in finance or accounting.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Help with data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate financial operations.
- Learn and use financial software tools for daily tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience is acceptable).
Technical & Personal Requirements:
- Must be able to work comfortably with digital tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of financial systems.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively.
