Graphic Designer & Video Editor at ActivEdge Technologies, Lekki, Lagos

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support the Creative Lead in delivering high-quality visual and video content across ActivEdge, and other business initiatives.

While the role includes graphic design responsibilities, there will be a stronger focus on video editing, motion graphics, short-form content production, and multimedia storytelling to support marketing campaigns, thought leadership, events, and digital engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing (Primary Responsibility)

• Edit corporate, promotional, and social media videos.
• Produce short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, animations, and branding elements.
• Support the production of executive interviews, webinars, customer stories, event highlights, and the Thursday Big Question series.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form video assets.

Graphic Design Support

• Assist the Creative Lead in creating social media creatives, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Adapt existing designs into multiple formats for digital and print use.
• Ensure creative assets align with company brand guidelines.

Content Production Support

• Organize and maintain video and design asset libraries.
• Assist in basic photography and videography activities where required.
• Support content publishing teams with optimized visual assets.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• HND/B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Experience

• 1–2 years experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video editing capabilities.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
