Job Title: Growth Content Associate

Role Overview

The Growth Content Associate will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, supporting our CRM efforts, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a social media native with a flair for creativity and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and share engaging content across social media platforms with the goal of reaching millions, not just maintaining a pretty feed.
• Social Ad Monitoring: Track and respond to comments on social ads to enhance conversion rates (CVR).
• Community Building: Establish and manage a Facebook community, fostering engagement and growth.
• Ad Creation & Management: Create ads and collaborate with content partners to ensure high-quality ad production.
• Blog Writing: Contribute 1-2 blog articles per week that are insightful and engaging.
• Competitor Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify potential influencers to work with and manage these relationships.
• Social Media Expertise: Proficient in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.
• Graphic Design: Skilled in Photoshop and Canva for creating visually appealing content.
• Video Editing: Experience with InShot, CapCut, or similar video editing apps for quick content production.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable as 30% of the role involves supporting CRM activities.

Requirements:

• Passionate About Dogs: A dog person through and through.
• Educational Background: Holding a degree or concentration in Marketing, Business, or Economics with a track record of excellent grades.
• Experienced: 2-4 years of work experience post-university.
• Entrepreneurial: Creative in problem-solving and interested in starting or having started your own business.
• Social Media Savvy: Understanding content that engages audiences and able to spot trends, with a track record of success in applying your unique twist.
• Content Creator: Skilled in producing quality content and editing pictures/videos on your phone. A personal social media following is a plus!
• Curious & Creative: Interested in using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content production.
• Customer-Centric: Naturally inclined towards marketing and solving customer problems, willing to get hands dirty.
• Analytical: Able to create business cases for your ideas, proficient in basic Excel formulas, and familiar with marketing metrics like CAC and ROI.
• Email Marketing Proficient: Experienced in email marketing, with knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud being a significant advantage.
• Data Savvy: Comfortable with basic data analytics and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
