Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEM/CPC, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- Lead, oversee, and motivate the digital department team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Significant experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Experience in managing and overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO & SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of web design procedures.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with web design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
