HR Specialist at Ideanest, Remote (Global)

We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Specialist to join our dynamic team, playing a key role in supporting our most valuable asset: our people. While recruitment will be a significant focus, you’ll also contribute to various HR functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our team members. You’ll be a primary contact for both internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external clients, managing everything from attracting top talent to supporting ongoing employee needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on business growth by fostering a strong and efficient workforce. You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools, collaborate with diverse teams, and have the opportunity to innovate and enhance our HR processes.

Your Day Might Include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and translate them into compelling job descriptions
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, building relationships that go beyond just filling positions
  • Managing the entire recruitment pipeline using Zoho Recruit and ClickUp to ensure smooth operations and timely updates
  • Conducting initial interviews and coordinating the selection process with stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining organized documentation and reports using Google Workspace
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Brainstorming creative sourcing strategies and process enhancements that make our recruitment more efficient and effective
  • Collaborating with marketing efforts to strengthen our employer’s brand and attract top talent

Requirements

What We Hope You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (recent graduates welcome!)
  • 0-2 years of experience with a genuine passion for recruitment and helping people find their perfect career match
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail that keep complex processes running smoothly
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication and natural relationship-building skills
  • Quick learning capacity and adaptability to new tools and methodologies
  • Creative thinking and initiative to suggest improvements and innovative solutions
  • Basic marketing knowledge or interest in employer branding would be fantastic.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and eagerness to master new platforms
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit that fits well with our team culture
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
