Job Title: Human Resources Intern
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various tasks and projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Participating in employee engagement and wellness programs
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation
- Helping with the coordination and execution of HR-related events and activities

- Familiarity with HR software and tools

- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
