A bit more about this role:
As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions. You’ll work directly with the HR Director and Senior HR Coordinator, helping to make a real impact on our company’s employee experience. Areas of support include: Onboarding and Offboarding, Recruitment, and HR Administration. This role is part-time, up to 10 hours per week.
Eligibility Requirements:
- University Student obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications preferred)
- High speed Wi-Fi connection
- Ability to overlap with PST hours
Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding efforts, including pre-hire paperwork and communications
- Work alongside HR Director in offboarding efforts, including system terminations and equipment retrieval
- Support recruiting process including job postings (via Greenhouse ATS) and interview coordination
- Complete general HR administrative tasks, including maintain and update employee records and HR databases (such as Trinet), and audits as necessary
- Performs other duties as required

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Greenhouse ATS or Trinet HRIS Preferred
- At least 1 year of administrative or human resource management experience preferred
- You’re a great team member with a can-do attitude; you’re self- reflective
