Job Title: Human Resources Manager
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday
11am to 8:00PM Kent, WA Time (2:00 AM to 11:00 AM PHT) 1 hour unpaid break.
Description:
The HR Manager is a key role responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function within the organization. This position is ideal for a highly skilled HR professional with extensive experience in HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Experience in working in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations.
- Prior experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
