About the Role:
We are seeking a Tech HR Manager/Headhunter to manage our staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff in the department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a background in recruiting tech-related positions, as well as the ability to test candidates technically. This role requires a senior professional who can also serve as an office manager and HR manager and can effectively balance the responsibilities of each role.
Responsibilities:
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff in the department.
Create job descriptions.
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
Maintain HR systems and processes.
Develop training material and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
Track the progress of team performance and strategies to target HR objectives.
Research, develop, and implement HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
Analyze the performance metrics of recruitment drives and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process.
Define and manage the budget for HR schemes and programs.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant legal requirements regarding employment and HR management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an IT company
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to conduct technical assessments of candidates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent people management skills and the ability to mentor and lead a team.
Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans
Hands-on experience with HR management software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and forward-thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
