Full Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor, install and configure hardware equipment and software applications.
· Provides day-to-day support function to Head of IT and the team
· Adhere to all confidentiality policies in the IT Department and Group
· Resolve network concerns reported by colleagues
· Good understanding of ITIL in principle particularly in the Service Operation space, covering Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
· Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed budgets and timelines
· Work with all stakeholders including Project Managers, Business Analyst and Consultants to understand the business/application requirements of the assigned task when changes are required or need to be implemented
· Creation of technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
· Applicants must live in Onitsha, Port Harcourt, or be willing to relocate
· BTech/BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics, or any other related field.
· Professional Qualification – CCNA, MTA, C#, C++, JAVA, etc. is an added advantage
· Minimum of 3 years experience in software development, ERP implementation, or IT Support services
· Solid knowledge of Computer system software and hardware
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Business Central ERP systems and implementation is an added advantage
· Software programming hands-on is an added advantage.
· Good communication skills
· Good market knowledge
