Pip Decks is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Junior Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director to develop engaging and persuasive copy across multiple channels, including paid social advertisements, landing pages and email marketing. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the senior creative team to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, ensuring it aligns with the Pip Decks brand voice and objectives.
• Develop engaging and persuasive headlines, subject lines, and ad hooks.
• Ability to work to agreed targets to achieve high conversion rates.
• Conduct in-depth research to gather insights about our customer’s job roles, industries, desires and needs.
• Write weekly newsletters to our active mailing list
• Proofread and edit copy for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Assist in strategic sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show initiative for the creative output and direction of the projects you are/have been involved in.
• Any other duties that are commensurate with the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples across different platforms (e.g., website copy, social media posts, email campaigns).
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience with Klaviyo is preferred, but other email marketing software is also welcome.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
• A strong belief in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them.
• The ability to learn new concepts quickly and move fast to meet the needs of the business.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to use your initiative to create high-quality, results-driven marketing materials
