Job Title: L2 Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities and impact:
- Ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Resolving complex issues related to trading systems and platforms;
- Developing and implementing improvements to optimize clients’ trading processes;
- Providing high-level trading support for clients;
- Resolving complex client queries and issues arising during trading;
- Conducting detailed analysis of trading data to identify potential improvements and risks;
- Preparing reports for different levels of management;
- Collaborating with internal departments, such as software development, risk management, and others, to address technical challenges;
- Participating in the implementation of new functionalities and testing their effectiveness before deployment;
- Developing training materials and conducting training sessions;
- Contributing ideas and participating in the development of strategies for the advancement and improvement of trading and trading tools.
Essential professional experience:
- At least Upper Intermediate+ English level;

Understanding of sportsbook environments and betting logic;
- Experience in a support or operational capacity (preferably Level 2);
- Ability to manage, escalate, and resolve incidents efficiently;
- Competence in analyzing data and settlements;
- Organizational skills and shift flexibility.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Knowledge of feed providers (e.g., Betgenius, LSports);
- Experience with configuration tools or schema editing;
- Basic understanding of margins and risk management.
