Lead Content Strategist
Main Responsibilities:
● Understanding our various business initiatives, as well as the target customers in order to build out the appropriate content for their unique customer journeys
● Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining solutions for managing digital content
● Preparing a 6-12 month content plan/calendar
● Copywriting content appropriate for various stages of the user’s journey
● Optimizing written & digital graphic/video content for SEO and customer experience
● Partnering cross functionally with various stakeholders to develop the highest quality content possible
● Participating in the full content life cycle including scoping out content requirements, production, revision & ongoing content management
● Supporting global web content and translations when necessary
Requirements:
● 2-4 years’ experience in technical/content writing & management
● Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
● Experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
● Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
● You are data driven and results-oriented, but humble and self-aware
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Haves:
● Prior experience working in DeFi
● Prior experience working in content strategy / production for a rapidly scaling company
● Desire to engage with the community to share ideas and gather feedback
● Excited to learn, eat, breathe and sleep crypto
