This is a one-month remote contract role where you’ll conduct targeted research to uncover actionable insights that shape our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Achieve in One Month

Customer Insights: Conduct detailed interviews and surveys to identify the needs, preferences, and pain points of at least 20 potential customers, focusing on their buying behavior and product expectations.
Market Trends: Deliver a concise report on industry trends, competitor positioning, and potential gaps that DeOlive can capitalize on.

Customer Segmentation: Develop a clear segmentation framework based on customer demographics, psychographics, and purchasing habits.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide data-backed insights that support sales and marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on market research experience with measurable outcomes, such as guiding successful product launches or identifying new market opportunities.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the beauty or fashion industry is a plus.
Communication: Excellent ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams.
Self-starter: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
