Job Title: Marketing Production Manager
Your mission
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and self-driven Marketing Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of our creative projects starting from the initial briefing stage to final Production, which ranges from video ads to static images and playable ads. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess a sharp eye for detail, and have the ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
Location: Remote (+/- 3 hrs from CET)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external creative teams and individuals, including task management, progress reporting, and handling invoicing
- Oversee and optimize the creative production pipeline by effectively managing resources, assigning tasks based on each editor’s strengths, and providing support for any questions or challenges related to project details, purpose, style, or necessary files
- Evaluate, provide feedback, and approve creative outputs, deliverables, and assets produced by various creative specialists to ensure quality standards are met
- Recruit and manage creators and studios to expand our production capacity and meet growing demands
The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay
- At least 3+ years concrete proven experience working in creative operations, project management, or a similar role
- Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking
- Strong understanding of marketing creative production pipeline
- Experience managing the work packages of external agencies, freelancers, and creative teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Familiarity with invoicing and payment processes is a plus
