Job Description
The Marketplace Vendor Coordinator is in charge of ensuring that every vendor has a smooth onboarding process and experience on Eden’s platform, and will ensure that vendors deliver quality products on time, while also ensuring that Eden’s customers get the best value possible. The Marketplace Vendor Coordinator will work directly with vendors to negotiate deals or resolve issues. This person will be working closely with the Operations Lead to ensure that vendor feedback is utilized to enhance the vendor program.
The Marketplace Vendor Coordinator will also be confirming that all orders placed on Eden’s platform are fulfilled as well as holding vendors accountable for any operational gaps.

Job Specification/ Qualification
Knowledge
- Familiarity with marketplace operations from order placement to fulfilment
- Functional experience in partnership/account management and strategy
- Payments expertise with a wide perspective on all elements of payments such as payment processing, technology, payment facilitators & other intermediaries, etc
- Supply chain optimization for vendor procurement
Skills
- Technology skills to track orders
- Collaboration skills
- Onboarding skills
- Technical support skills for payment, IT & procurement
Abilities
- Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports
- Data analysis, critical thinking, and research to establish new platform systems
- Strong execution mindset
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing vendors
- Must have account management experience
- Must have onboarded and managed at least 100 vendors during the course of your work experience
