Key Responsibilities

• Performance & amp; reliability: caching, async patterns, health checks, telemetry.
• Database engineering: schema design, migrations, query optimization.
• CI hooks (build/test steps), code reviews, and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ yrs professional C#/.NET; proven production APIs.
• SQL performance tuning; secure coding patterns (OWASP ASVS).
• Experience integrating KYC/KYB/AML/payment gateways a plus.

Deliverables (first 6–8 weeks)

• API spec + ERD + sequence diagrams.
• Auth module + user/role model + audit trail.
• KYC/KYB endpoints (create/verify/status webhooks).
• Payments/escrow service stubs with integration adapters.
• 80%+ unit test line coverage on core services; basic load test report.

KPIs

• API latency (p95) ≤ 300 ms (internal endpoints).
• Error rate < 0.5% over rolling 7 days.
• Test coverage ≥ 80% for core; 0 critical security findings at release.
