Job Title: Nurse, Medical Customer Service
We are looking for a Nurse and Medical Customer Service agent for a pediatric doctor’s office!
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling.
- Insurance authorization.
- Referrals.
- Prescription refill requests and prior auth.
- Triaging messages in EMR.
- Insurance verification.
- Creating New Patients.
Schedule: 8 am – 4 pm (HST).Â
Requirements
- Medical interpreter or appointment setter experience.Â
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing.Â
- excellent english communication skills.Â
- Oriented to detail. Â
