Job Title: Procurement Officers

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials and supplies for manufacturing operations
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure best value for the company
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that materials and supplies meet production requirements
• Analyze market trends and supplier activity to identify opportunities and threats
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms.
• Coordinate logistics for material transportation and ensure timely deliveries.
•  Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with environmental and sustainability regulations.
• Stay updated on government policies regarding recycling and procurement.
• Promote eco-friendly sourcing and sustainable supply chain practices.
• Track procurement expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Provide reports on cost savings, supplier performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in recycling or waste management
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
