Product Manager – Agency Banking at Oscar Temple, Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Determine and analyze market requirements for a specific product
• Own and manage products within different industries as may be obtained, and ensure maximum return is achieved
• Present market trends and gather reliable/accurate market intelligence to ensure development of relevant product
• Provide adequate guidance for product by actively managing the product lifecycle with a view to maximizing returns
• Report on product performance against targets with an action plan
• Routinely attend Area/Directorate planning/business review meetings
• Analyses escalated area sales challenges with products; proffers solutions and implements recommendations that ensure achievement of performance targets
• Ensures all agent issues and concerns are adequately resolved

Requirements

• Minimum educational level – Bachelor’s degree (2.2) or HND with a Master’s Degree
• Minimum requisite experience – Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Segment Management and Product Management. Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
