Product Manager

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering, design, and sales teams to guide products from conception to launch. You will bridge the technical and business worlds, delivering products that align with our company’s vision and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyze market trends and competition to inform product development.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Prioritize product opportunities, refining feature ideas, and maintaining existing features to drive business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in product management within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Understanding of the technology landscape and experience with web and mobile technologies.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Aha!, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, or similar for making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
