Job Summary

The Product Owner/Business Analyst role requires a person that can collaborate well with all functional areas within Reactor Co. Your primary responsibility is to manage the tactical delivery of the company’s strategic product vision.

As a strategic contributor, he/she will be tasked with developing an effective product

strategies, product positioning, product awareness, adoption, and retention.

Job Description

As our Product Owner/ Business analyst may include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate and lead the product development team via roadmap and backlog prioritization process with the Business stakeholders, SMEs, and other cross-functional domains.
• Define futures, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done to ensure the solutions created will deliver the expected functional, non-functional, and ultimately business value.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Ensure stakeholders clearly understand the scope of changes being delivered or the scope of the change intent that is planned.
• Clearly communicate to Agile Team a clear set of priorities and objectives,
• Ensure features are appropriately prioritized for the Agile Team and be an advocate for these features with stakeholders.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Work with the finance department on product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with the engineering team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, marketing, and other product management team members.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with the product line, and strategy and the message effectively conveyed.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Actively engage customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile Methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.
• 3-5 years experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Certification with agile certifications such as PO/PM SAFe 5.1 etc. is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive specific goals and outcomes
• Ability to develop and execute a business/product plan
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
• Must be highly organized and possess strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to stay informed of industry trends and stay in tune with competitors
