Job Title: Product Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Acquisition: Actively seek and onboard new vendors, expanding the range of experiences available on Chillsbay based on the sales strategy.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain vendors.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our platform.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the experience industry.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present Chillsbay’s platform to potential vendors, highlighting benefits and features.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist vendors with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of their offerings into our platform.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze vendor feedback to improve our services and platform functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and community management teams to promote new vendors and experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the leisure, tourism, or events industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Passion for the leisure and experience industry.
