PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Job Summary

The Programs Officer will be responsible for the administration of all the programmes delivered by the Schools of Technology, Management and Security Studies. He/she will oversee and ensure the effectiveness of and for the end-to end processes of all Academy’s programs and activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Review and evaluate incoming applications
• Acquire supplementary information/research as needed
• Write reports and analysis of activities
• Support the preparation of programs budgets and CBAs
• Oversee administrative duties within the programs team including database management
• Serve as main point of contact for students’ queries
• Understand Academy strategy in regards to student experience and ensure adherence.
• Standardized procedures based on best practice and undertake regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement
• Advise current students on programmes and continuous development.
• Assist with marketing as and when required to promote increased applications and high retention rates.
• Development of efficient systems to enable timely processing of applications
• Responsible for keeping applicants informed of progress with their admission and other related matters
• Manage the Academy’s alumni group.
• Administer the Academy’s LMS and/or similar deployment platform(s)
• Ensure conformance to QMS ISO 9001:2015 requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience of working in a school or organisation will be an advantage

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
