Job Title: Program Manager Recruitment

The Program/Project Manager will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of GreenFingers’ programs and campaigns. This includes managing cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves building partnerships, securing funding, and measuring project impact.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the conservation or non-profit sector (PMP certification is a plus).

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of budget management.

• Must live in close proximity to Sangotedo, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage conservation, education, and outreach programs.

• Lead teams and collaborate with partners to meet project goals.

• Monitor progress, evaluate impact, and report outcomes.

• Build relationships with stakeholders and secure funding for initiatives.

• Support awareness campaigns and represent GreenFingers at events.
