Job Description

  • Our client is looking to hire a Project Coordinator (Team Lead) who will be responsible forthe direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the business and various projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
  • The team lead has a key function as a supervisory role for the daily running of classes as well as the new project development in virtual learning.
  • The role is strategic, set a time when the company seeks to increase visibility and operations.

Responsibilities

 

The job scope will cover both, the physical operations and virtual project development, the former job scope will include:

  • Streamline and manage daily operational activities of the team.
  • Create a working and accountability structure for work schedules, student enrolment and payment
  • Content development: Structure and verify training process and teaching content, managing and documenting of ongoing content catalogue
  • Create and monitor timetable operations
  • Create monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Create a revenue model that reflects the current operations and future projections for robotics classes
  • Manage the Kano staff and set up official working model (log ins, appraisals)
  • Create a working plan for computer classes

Virtual Mobile Technology Job Roles

  • To understand and drive value proposition for the company deployment vision
  • Liaise and interface with curriculum development team and technology team to ensure product launch
  • Project management of project development process; follow up with existing contact, mapping out effective project management process
  • Supervisory role for project management team; ensuring conduction of market research and upcoming products in the market
  • Prepare roadmap for launch and execution in line with future goals of company
  • Support development of sales campaigns, content creation for marketing

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Degree in an appropriate field of study
  • 4 – 8 years of work experience.
  • Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes
  • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.
  • Project planning, Strategic planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
