Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
-
Manage project scopes, timelines, resources, and risks, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.

Estimate implementation costs for both professional services and product solutions, and define project timelines accordingly.
-
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
-
Configure and customize the platform based on institutional needs.
-
Train end-users and create supporting documentation as needed.
Pre-Sales Support (10%)
-
Partner with the Sales team to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
-
Contribute towards RFP/Tender responses and customer requirement gathering.
-
Help bridge the gap between sales promises and implementation realities, setting clear expectations.
Leadership Potential (10%)
-
Demonstrate strong ownership and initiative, with a view toward growing into a team lead or managerial position.
-
Support internal process improvements and help build scalable onboarding methodologies.
-
Mentor new hires or junior team members as the team expands.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:

- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams.
- Empathy for clients and a passion for solving their problems.
- Experience with CRM, project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, MS project), and SaaS platforms.
- Natural leadership instincts and a desire to grow into a team leader role. Mentoring existing team members on delivering effectively and efficiently.
Nice to Have
