Job Title: Project Manager

This position is responsible for the organization, execution and completion of M&A projects for the organization. This includes managing functional teams, setting deadlines, communicating with stakeholders about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and adjusting if necessary, to meet new requirements.

Duties:

  • Cultivates executive relationships by providing leadership to cross-functional teams and supporting transformational change management.
  • Performs due diligence review of sellers. Successful review includes full review from initiation to deal close for multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Manages all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure these projects are aligned to and directly support the overall strategic objectives. Partners with executive leaders to define, plan and establish key deadlines.
  • Creates?long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
  • Understands interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Creates, maintains, and monitors project plans, schedules, and calendars for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Delegates tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Identifies and manages potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects and provides solutions where applicable.
  • Serves as a point of contact for departments when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Reports on progress and results as requested by departmental leaders to keep project aligned with their goals.
  • Performs quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Develops, strategies to ensure an effective and efficient execution of projects. Develops and maintains working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Wrike PM Solution, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to apply excellent project management skills/tools to manage multiple, complex, and varying technology initiatives; high degree of organization and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required to understand flow of data through systems as well as system interaction.

Minimum  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in the DME industry, working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience required.
