This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the onboarding, coordination, and administration of multiple projects across diverse industries, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You will act as a central point of contact between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders while implementing technology tools and safety protocols. Accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end project onboarding process, including organizing data and coordinating with field teams to deploy technology tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding project management and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams on badging, credentialing, recruitment, and staffing for project-specific needs.
• Maintain and manage all project documentation, toolbox talk binders, and safety reports for accuracy, trends, and compliance.
• Capture and maintain safety data within internal reporting platforms.
• Provide on-site and remote safety consulting services to clients, supporting program development, implementation, and evaluation.

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction, safety, or consulting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based project management or safety platforms.
• Familiarity with field operations and safety protocols is a plus.
• Must be a Filipino currently residing in the Philippines.
• Home office setup: working headset and webcam, stable internet (25–50 Mbps), up-to-date computer system, quiet workspace, and backup plan for power or internet disruptions.
