Project Manager Intern at Arabian Private Holdings, Remote (Saudi Arabia)
About the role
Our client is a Riyadh-based investment group that requires precise coordination across its various holding companies and portfolios. The Project Manager Intern supports the firm’s principals in tracking these complex workstreams and ensuring that every strategic decision is backed by clear documentation. This position is essential for maintaining the momentum of high-stakes mandates where timing and accuracy are the highest priorities.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings focuses on portfolio clarity for board members, family groups, and listed corporations. We do not use large teams for the sake of appearances. Instead, we use a principal-led approach where the person giving the advice is the one performing the analysis. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant entities in the region. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead. Our goal is to provide honest, independent advice that helps clients manage transitions and rationalize their portfolios.
What you will do
- Monitor progress on daily tasks specifically related to the Riyadh-based investment project.
- Create status updates that outline current progress and upcoming requirements for each mandate.
- Research specific sectors to support the firm’s view on capital injections or succession planning.
- Coordinate the exchange of information between the client teams and our internal principals.
- Draft clear internal memos that summarize complex discussions regarding governance or portfolio strategy.
- Maintain internal project folders to ensure all data and documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist principals in identifying potential bottlenecks or risks within a project timeline.
- Prepare briefing materials for client meetings that focus on facts and logical conclusions.
What we are looking for
- Intellectual curiosity about how large holding companies and investment groups operate.
- Exceptional written precision in English, focusing on clarity and plain language.
- The ability to organize information logically and identify the most important details in a data set.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive information related to corporate governance and strategy.
- Comfort using digital tools to track projects and communicate in a remote environment.
- A preference for facts over opinion and for direct communication over corporate jargon.
- Willingness to learn the specific administrative and structural needs of a principal-led firm.
How we work
Arabian Private Holdings operates as a fully remote firm. We believe that professional clarity and the quality of one’s written work are more important than physical presence in an office. This remote model requires a high degree of individual accountability and a focus on delivered results rather than hours spent at a desk. Mentoring is a core part of this internship, and you will receive direct feedback from the firm’s principals as you support active mandates. We maintain a professional, sober environment where the work is conducted with rigor and individual contributions are recognized based on their logic and accuracy.
What the role offers
- The opportunity to see how major corporate decisions are made within a high-profile investment context.
- A fully remote work arrangement that values output and professional independence.
- Direct mentoring from principals with deep experience in corporate strategy and governance.
- Exposure to the operational realities of significant family groups and government entities.
- Competitive pay that is monthly and attractive for an internship in this market.
- Practical experience in managing a large-scale project for a major investment group.
