Responsibilities
- Provide advice and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best price and terms.
- Determine the demands and financial capabilities of the clients in order to propose solutions that are appropriate for them.
- Intervene in negotiating processes, advise customers on market circumstances, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other connected issues, and ensure fair and honest dealing.
- Maintain and update available property listings
- Create networks and collaborate with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Advertisements, open houses, and listing services can all be used to boost sales.
- To determine the worth of a property, conduct a comparative market analysis.
- Display and advertise real estate to potential purchasers.
- Prepare all required papers (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
Requirements
- Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
