About the job
What we are looking for:
We are looking to take on a few interns who are looking to learn or start a career in recruitment (Tech and Non Tech). You will learn to be a 180 degree consultant and be among the very best recruiters out there. You will learn tech tools and methodologies for finding and closing top talents. This is fully remote but requires hunger for success, drive and commitment.
Before you proceed, PLEASE NOTE that this is a commission only role.
Ideal Talent would Be:
A Corp Member looking for PPA in Lagos,
Any really smart person looking to start in a new career space,
Willing to commit hours a day to learning, researching and practicing,
Have an entrepreneurial mindset, not an employee mindset
Have a result oriented mindset,
Fast paced and flexible and open minded.
Must have:
A Laptop,
Good internet coverage,
A LinkedIn account,
Work-type:Â Remote | Full-time
Compensation structure / Benefits:
1. Training & Development: – Sourcing, Boolean search mastery, LinkedIn Sourcing, Tech Recruiting, GitHub sourcing, Email sourcing, Sales and Selling techniques, and Mentorship.
2. 20% commission structure on company revenue per successful hires/placements by recruiter with a clear growth plan to earning up to 40% commission.
3. Access to a tribe of senior tech and non-tech Recruiters
4. Upon 6 months confirmation, access to the company’s full HMO cover for all health, wellness and fitness cover.
5. A progression track to Partnership within the tribe.
