Recruitment & People Operations Specialist, Fintech

What you will do:
- Participate in setting HR and administration approaches to achieve companies’ objectives
- Setting up hiring plan with end-to-end onboarding process including selection, job offers, contracting, hiring, social insurance enrollment, and filing of all employees’ documentations
- Leaver’s checklist management, & complete employee exit documentation and clearance forms
- Support the company’s annual performance appraisal process
- Organize local training, employee engagement and other events
- Recording the Payroll monthly variables including deductions, overtime, & unpaid leaves, etc.
- Prepare attendance reports (weekly / monthly)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Administer health and life insurance programs (Contract Renewal, Reconciliations, addition, deletions, etc.)
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor & social insurance laws
- Support any Global People Operations projects
What you will need:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a relevant role
- BSc in administration or relevant field is preferred
- HR Diploma is a plus
- Outstanding communication (oral & written) in English and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and any ERP system
