Join us on our new adventure to reshape the software-as-a-service industry!You’ll be working with Charlie Weijer, our VP of Sales.What you’ll do as our Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d):
- Leading a fast-growing team of Account Executives in the DACH, Nordics, and Benelux region
- Developing and coaching your team in order to exceed regional sales objectives
- Proactively identifying hiring needs and leading hiring processes in order to grow a successful and scalable team
- Creating a Winning Culture at Sastrify by inspiring, motivating and helping their team members to achieve their goals
- Proactively shaping and controlling sales processes and sales cycles
- Meeting regional sales objectives by precise forecasting , pipeline management, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Actively contributing to strategic direction and objectives
- Reducing complexity through optimization, automation and innovation for certain business processes that could be improved upon
- Working with different stakeholders: Procurement Team, Onboarding Team, CSM Team, Marketing Team, Revenue Operations Team and People Team
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in fast-growing Sales Teams in the B2B SaaS industry
- You managed your team (5-15 people) and optimised processes and workflows, grew others within their area of expertise
- You are a top achiever in your company and hit your KPIs constantly
- You have a deep understanding of our competitor landscape
- You are experienced in driving the full sales cycle
- You are experienced in multichannel research and outreach
- You understands KPIs and success metrics well enough to prioritise and focus their team’s efforts
- You understand and execute on different added value aspects (Procurement processes, Negotiations, SaaS management, Savings etc.) for the client
- You are able to educate and communicate on CxO level including proactively engagement of multi-level stakeholders
- You have strong communication and presenting skills
- You are fluent in English and another European language. German or French is a plus.
