Role Description

We are seeking a contract remote Reservations Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and sales support. Handling reservation inquiries, modifying reservations, and performing receptionist duties are key responsibilities. The Reservations Sales Agent will also engage with clients, offering sales support to ensure their travel needs are met.

Qualifications

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Experience in reservations and receptionist duties

– Sales skills

– Attention to detail and multitasking abilities

– Ability to work remotely and independently

– Past hospitality experience or current employment in the hospitality industry

– Experience in the luxury travel and hospitality industry is a plus

– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Salary: NGN 200,000

Salary Structure: Commission-based
