Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms). Community outreach, and referrals.
- Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and cross-sell retail products and services to individuals and SMEs.
- Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit mobilization.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned locations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on-field activities.
- Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the Retail Sales Team to deliver on strategic market penetration objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC (Minimum Second-Class Lower) or HND (Upper or Lower Credit) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
- High level of energy, confidence and adaptability.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and fieldwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of bank products and the financial services industry is an added advantage.
