Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
What we’re looking for:
In our next phase of growth we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join the team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team’s success by providing them with the tools, resources, and training necessary to excel in their roles. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization through strategic planning, content development, training programs, and process optimization.
What you’ll accomplish:
Content Development:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create and curate relevant sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and other materials.
- Develop content that addresses different stages of the sales cycle and caters to various buyer personas.
- Ensure that content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the company’s messaging and branding.
Sales Training:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales training programs for both new hires and ongoing development of the sales team.
- Create training materials, modules, and resources that cover product knowledge, objection handling, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide specialized training sessions.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze the existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Work closely with sales leadership to implement standardized processes and best practices.
- Regularly gather feedback from the sales team and adjust processes accordingly.
Sales Technology:
- Evaluate and recommend sales technology tools and platforms that can enhance productivity, such as CRM, sales engagement, and analytics tools.
- Provide guidance on the effective utilization of these tools to drive better outcomes.
Onboarding and Ramp-up:
- Develop onboarding programs that enable new sales hires to quickly grasp the company’s value proposition, products, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and support new hires during their initial ramp-up period to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Sales Communication:
- Foster strong communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and campaign launches.
- Develop and maintain a repository of sales resources, including playbooks, objection-handling guides, and competitive analysis.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
- Regularly assess the impact of training programs and content on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices in sales enablement.
- Attend conferences, webinars, and workshops to further develop your own expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales technology tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
