Sales Executive at Avant Tech, Lagos, Nigeria
This role is for experienced fintech, FX, or B2B sales professionals who can manage high-value client portfolios and strategic trade relationships.
You will drive processing volume, negotiate FX pricing, and secure enterprise trade partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire high-value importers, manufacturers, and logistics firms
- Manage portfolio of high-volume international payment clients
- Negotiate FX pricing with treasury support
- Structure volume-based pricing deals
- Drive multi-product adoption (wallets, transfers, cards)
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
- Support corridor expansion and strategic partnerships
2026 Performance Targets
- Annual Processing Contribution: N30B – N50B
- Monthly Processing Contribution: N2B – N3B
- Manage 30 – 60 active high-value clients
- Secure 2 – 4 trade partnerships yearly
Requirements
- Strong experience in fintech, FX brokerage, banking, or trade payments
- Proven track record closing B2B or corporate deals
- Strong negotiation and commercial strategy skills
- Deep understanding of trade flows and FX spreads
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable negotiating with business owners and CFO-level stakeholders
- Understands China / Asia trade payment behavior
- Strong network across import/export or logistics sectors
