Sales Operations Specialist

Your passion for collaboration and data analytics will put you in a leading role supporting the effectiveness of our rapidly growing global sales organization. The Sales Operations Specialist will cross functionally partner with global stakeholders across the sales organization, playing a critical role in ensuring the continued acceleration of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute reports monthly and quarterly on key metrics such as bookings performance, retention rates, discounting, and client engagements.
- Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation and optimization of reporting processes and data sources.
- Pull data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce.com, our data warehouse, and Excel spreadsheets to aggregate into reports and business insights.
- Aggregate monthly forecasts across global sales teams, overseeing the forecasting process to drive increased predictability into the business.
- Analyze reports and data to help sales leaders understand the drivers of their business.
- Provide analytical support for sales leaders on an ad hoc basis.
- Collaborate with peers in finance, operations, and other parts of the business to streamline analytical functions and outputs.
- Manage special projects, as needed, by the business to help drive sales performance.
- Work with the Sales System Ops team to help design new and improve current workflows/automation for Sales.
- Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and engagement rules; help enforce “compliance” at all levels.
Experience and Skills:
- Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology.
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- The ability to organize large amounts of data and communicate actionable insights to all levels in the business.
- Advanced Excel skills, including integration of data from multiple sources and analysis of large data sets.
- Someone who is highly detail-oriented and analytical and has strong communication skills.
- Ability to execute: can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines.
- 4+ years of relevant sales/business operations experience with solid understanding of SaaS business models and using Salesforce.com.
