Job Title: Sales Specialist
The Tech Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing relationships with tech-related businesses. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible service for our partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology companies to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and create tailored sales strategies to target different market segments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, results, and market insights to management.
What do you need to succeed:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of the travel market and customer needs.
- Extensive network of contacts within the travel-tech and telecommunications sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
